- The Pastor shall perform all the scriptural duties of his office, and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, have freedom of the pulpit. The Pastor shall also perform such other duties in connection with the work of the church as shall be delegated and accepted by him. He shall have general oversight of the owrlk of the church. With the exception of regular and special business meetings, he shall be presiding officer for all meetings. He shall be a member ex-officio of all boards and committees.
- The pastor will live out and teach a lifestyle of adherence to biblical standards of morality, ethics, and maturity, agreeing with the CONVERGE HEARTLAND Code of Ministerial Ethics.
